Hi, I get two massages: 1. X Access violation at 0x4f0055, program terminated 2. X" Your Remote Desktop session has ended. another user connected to the remote computer, so your connection was lost. Try connecting again, or contact your network administrator or technical support group." When I get these massages, only one program which is based on server freezes up, the rest of the program which based on the same computer works fine. Please explain very simple way, I don't have much knowledge about computer. Thank You

Hi, Would you please let us more details about the issue. What operation did you do when the issue occurred? Did you use Remote Desktop Connection to connect to a remote server?
